Booking and Payment Terms

When booking services with embervoyager, the following terms apply:

• All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability
• Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our facility
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the agreed price
• Additional charges may apply for premium treatments or special requests

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee
• Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Gift vouchers and packages have specific terms and expiry dates

Health and Safety Requirements

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. embervoyager reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable for your health condition. Pregnant clients should consult with their healthcare provider before booking certain treatments.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. embervoyager reserves the right to refuse service or terminate treatments if clients engage in inappropriate behaviour, arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or fail to follow safety instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the embervoyager website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of embervoyager S.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection
